How can I book a stay at the establishment?
You can book directly on our website by clicking on the ‘Book’ button at the top right of this page, or you can contact us on +33 (0)4.79.08.89.00, or by e-mail: reservation@hoteleterlou.com
How do I make a reservation?
We ask for a 50% deposit when you book your stay. The balance is payable on the day of your departure from the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our rooms are ready from 5pm. On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room by 10:00. If you wish to arrive before 17:00, or leave after 10:00, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room. You can then enjoy your day.

What are the hotel's services?
Our hotel has 1 restaurant with a large terrace and 1 bar with terrace. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are heated to 32° in winter and 24° in summer. You will also have access to the Sauna and Hammam located next to the Swimming Pool.
In the games room, you’ll find table tennis tables, table football, board games, coloring books, and more! This room, open during the school holidays, is located next to the Hotel Bar.
Is there a luggage locker in the hotel?
Our luggage room is next to the hotel reception. You can leave your suitcases and enjoy your day in peace. When you return, our changing rooms with showers are at your disposal.
What facilities are available in the hotel's rooms?
Each room has a courtesy tray with kettle, mini-bar and safe. You will find a hairdryer and toiletries in your bathroom or shower room.
Are pets allowed on the premises?
We are sorry but pets are not allowed in our Hotel.
Is the hotel suitable for families?
Families are welcome! Hotel l’Eterlou offers Family Rooms for 4 and 5 people, and Apartment Rooms for 4 and 6 people. You can also choose connecting rooms.
Accessibility
Is it easy to park your car at the hotel?
Hôtel l’Eterlou has a garage. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Reception will let you know when you arrive if a space is available. Accessible by code, our Garage is subject to a charge. If it is full, the Rhodos car park is located 50 m from our hotel.
Is the establishment close to the town centre?
We are located in the centre of Méribel, opposite the Olympic ice rink. The ski lifts, ski slopes and hiking trails are 50 m from the hotel.The centre of Méribel is 150 m away.
Catering
Does the hotel have one or more on-site restaurants?
Hotel l’Eterlou has a restaurant with a south-facing terrace. Our restaurant La Grange offers French and Savoyard cuisine.
You can enjoy breakfast and dinner there if you have booked half-board.
The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner à la carte.

Does the hotel have one or more swimming pools?
If you book at Hotel l’Eterlou, the heated outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are for you! Heated to 32°C in winter and 24°C in summer, the pool and Jacuzzi are located in front of the hotel. You’ll also have access to the Sauna and Hammam, hidden away in the little chalet next to the Pool. At your request, Reception will provide you with a large bath towel.
