Special Covid-19 Conditions
In case of cancellation related to Covid-19, and up to 15 days before arrival, you can choose between a refund of the deposit paid, or a credit note valid for the winter season 2022/2023.
- In the event of impossibility to travel imposed by the competent French administrative authorities or by those of the Customer’s country of residence, on a local, national or international level, for a reason related for example to the appearance, the propagation or the active circulation of an epidemic, making access to the hosting establishment, the place of execution of the contract, impossible for the duration of the reservation;
- In the event of administrative closure of the hosting establishment, the place of execution of the contract, imposed by the competent French administrative authorities, for a reason related for example to the appearance, propagation or active circulation of an epidemic, for the duration of the reservation;
- In the event that the competent French administrative authorities prohibit a country or a region from traveling to France;
- In the event of a positive Covid-19 test of the Customer more than 15 days prior to his arrival.
- If the Government of the Client’s country of Residence establishes a quarantine following a stay in France, no reimbursement or postponement will be possible;
- In the event that the stay is interrupted, for whatever reason, independent of the hosting establishment, the Customer cannot claim any reimbursement.
We advise customers to take out insurance with their insurance companies to cover this eventuality.
In case of a positive Covid-19 test:
- Sending of the positive test result in the name of the Customer, in French or English only,
- If the reservation concerns several rooms, the cancellation will concern the room of travelers tested positive or all rooms of the reservation, depending on the Customer’s decision,
- Obligation at the time of booking to provide the names, first names and date of birth of each of the occupants of the room(s). If these elements are not provided at the time of confirmation of the reservation, no free cancellation will be possible in the event of a positive test.
In all cases, for a cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, the entire stay is due and you will be charged.
